Women's Imaging Specialists is seeking a highly qualified Executive Administrative Assistant to support our C-Suite in our Alpharetta corporate office. This is a resume-defining role for someone who thrives supporting senior leaders, anticipates needs before they're spoken, and keeps a fast-moving executive team organized, on time, and ahead of the curve.
This is not an entry-level admin role. We need a strategic partner - someone proactive, polished, tech-savvy, and unflappable.

What you'll do:
• Own the executive calendar - Manage complex, ever-changing calendars for senior leadership. Schedule internal/external meetings across time zones, protect focus time, and resolve conflicts before they happen
• Anticipate + execute - Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups. Draft emails, presentations, and correspondence. Take meticulous notes and drive action items to completion
• Be the gatekeeper - Screen calls, emails, and requests with professionalism and discretion. Prioritize what needs the executive's attention vs. what you can handle
• Coordinate high-stakes meetings - Plan leadership meetings, board meetings, and company events: agendas, decks, catering, logistics, minutes, and follow-through
• Manage projects + priorities - Juggle multiple initiatives with limited supervision. Track deadlines, create systems, and keep everything moving with excellent follow-through
• Handle confidential info - Maintain absolute discretion with sensitive business, financial, HR, and personnel matters

Required: High school diploma required, Bachelor's preferred. Advanced MS Office/Google Workspace required
