About This Opportunity

AG Consulting Partners is continuously building our consultant pipeline for current and future client engagements. This posting is a pipeline opportunity and is not tied to a specific open role.

We're seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in Executive Administration, Executive Business Support, Administrative Operations, Calendar and Inbox Management, and related disciplines.

We offer W2 employment for consultants located in Washington State and Texas and also partner with professionals nationwide through 1099 and/or LLC engagements.

The job description below represents a blend of skills and responsibilities commonly requested by our clients across the technology, retail, public sector, and AI industries.

Work Location Flexibility

Work arrangements vary by client and may be remote, hybrid, or onsite. Consultants must be willing to support evolving client requirements, including onsite collaboration or return-to-office expectations when applicable. AG Consulting Partners will provide as much advance notice as possible regarding any changes to work location requirements.

As an Executive Business Administrator (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

  • Proactively manage GM’s calendar with possibly of another GM, making decisions to prioritize requests based on shifting business priorities, allocating appropriate amount of time, and ensuring that all meeting details are accurate
  • Managing/coordinating domestic and international travel plans and agendas end-to-end, including management of all logistics and itineraries
  • Working with GM/s to set up meetings, morale events, rhythm of the business (ROB) activities and assist with projects as needed
  • ROB calendar management
  • Preparing and process expense reports Business Support
  • Ensuring compliance of administrative operational policies and procedures
  • Processing expense report approvals for team members
  • Managing headcount, recruiting and onboarding activities
  • Maintaining and manage HeadTrax transactions for vendors, CSGs and FTEs
  • Creating and maintaining org charts, distribution lists, office maps
  • Assisting in budget management (T&E, Training, Morale dollars), ensuring appropriate spend Team Support

Requirements

You have:

  • 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning and time management skills. An ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity, and solve routine problems proactively and effectively. The aptitude for adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, OneNote and SharePoint.
  • Exercised sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all interactions. Possess a high level of self-awareness and intrinsic appreciation for the value that admins provide.
  • An aptitude to work independently without significant oversight or instruction to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Worked successfully in a team environment, building effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, accommodating work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals.
  • Proven track record of excellent judgment, problem resolution, teamwork, negotiation, budgeting and analytical skills, decision-making skills, and the ability to work under pressure required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

The annual salary range for this role is: 85,000 - 110,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
