Relevant Executive Administrator Experience (required).

Complex Calendar Management Experience (required)

Strong Effective Communication Experience (required).

Experience as FTE or Consultant at Fortune 500 company as an Executive Administrator. (required)

Expense and Travel Management Experience (required).

All Hand and Large Team Meeting Preparation Experience (required).

Technology Proficiency: Mid to advanced skills in Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). (required).

3+ years of experience working for Fortune 500 company. (required).

Familiarity with common Executive Administrator tools (iCIMS, MyOrder Employee Central, etc.) is a plus.

Level 1 & 2: Ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of experience, demonstrating foundational organizational, analytical, and scheduling skills and relevant experience as an executive administrator.

Level 3 & 4: Suited for candidates with 6+ years of experience, especially those with a strong executive presence, superior calendar management, and the ability to support multiple executives simultaneously.

Education: A college degree is preferred but not required. Relevant experience is highly valued.
