The Manager of Franciscan Health Environmental Services (EVS) oversees and facilitates management of daily operations of the Environmental Services/Linen Departments. This position, also, oversees departmental personnel, and is responsible for overseeing performance management and anticipating staffing needs. The Manager is responsible for ensuring policy and processes are followed and maintaining a safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

  • High School Diploma/GED - Required

  • 1 year EVS Supervisor leadership - Required

  • 5 years EVS leadership - Preferred
