This role will work directly within the Medical & Evidence Generation space, partnering closely with stakeholders across Drug Development, Clinical Operations, Real-World Evidence (RWE), Medical Affairs, Payers, Providers, and Biopharmaceutical organizations to design and execute high-impact strategic and operational initiatives that accelerate evidence generation and improve healthcare outcomes.
What You'll Do
• Lead and deliver complex cross-functional engagements across Life Sciences, Biotech, MedTech, and Digital Health clients, ensuring alignment across scientific, operational, commercial, and technology stakeholders
• Drive strategic business development activities, including identifying opportunities, building executive relationships, developing proposals, and expanding client partnerships across R&D, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Evidence Generation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to VP and C-suite client stakeholders, helping shape strategic decisions through data-driven insights and operational execution excellence
• Work directly within the Evidence Generation ecosystem, collaborating with Drug Development, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, RWE, payer, provider, and pharmaceutical stakeholders to support evidence strategy and execution
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams across consulting, analytics, technology, operations, and delivery functions, ensuring effective collaboration, accountability, and critical path execution
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, resourcing, governance, risk mitigation, timeline management, and executive communication
• Leverage AI-enabled and digital collaboration tools to improve delivery visibility, workflow management, proposal development, knowledge sharing, and operational scalability
• Utilize modern project and team management platforms to coordinate delivery activities, monitor milestones, manage dependencies, and enhance execution efficiency across distributed teams
• Lead large-scale Real-World Data (RWD), Real-World Evidence (RWE), Clinical Development, and Prospective Evidence Generation initiatives, translating complex scientific and operational challenges into actionable solutions
• Guide the design and execution of observational studies, evidence strategies, protocol optimization initiatives, and clinical research transformation programs
• Drive innovation in delivery models and operational processes by integrating AI-assisted workflows, advanced analytics, and scalable operating models to improve speed, quality, and client impact
• Mentor and develop consulting teams by fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture
• Develop high-quality client deliverables including executive presentations, strategic roadmaps, operational plans, business cases, and thought leadership materials
What You'll Bring
• MBA, PhD, MD, MPH, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred, with demonstrated academic and professional achievement
• 6-10+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting, pharmaceutical services, clinical operations, evidence generation, healthcare strategy, or related fields
• Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional teams and managing complex client engagements from strategy through execution
• Strong business development and sales experience within Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, or Digital Health organizations, including opportunity shaping, proposal development, and executive relationship management
• Proven ability to manage large programs with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and aggressive timelines
• Strong project and program management capabilities, including governance, resource coordination, budget oversight, and critical path management
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-enabled and digital productivity tools for team management, project execution, proposal development, workflow automation, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Experience utilizing collaboration and project management platforms to manage distributed teams, streamline execution, and improve delivery transparency
• Ability to integrate AI-assisted workflows into consulting and delivery environments to accelerate decision-making, improve scalability, and enhance client outcomes
• Strong understanding of clinical development, evidence generation, healthcare data ecosystems, payer-provider dynamics, or commercial Life Sciences operations
• Ability to operate effectively within matrixed organizations and lead teams through ambiguity and organizational complexity
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
