Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of 10-15 people.
  • Plan and execute events from one person to 9,000 people at any given time.
  • Innovate new ways to budget effectively.
  • Continuously research up-create unique experiences working with vendors and venues.
  • Orchestrate planning, designing, budgeting, and execution of internal and external events.
  • Digest new ideas and strategize on the execution of an event.
  • Connect with teams to discuss new events and distribute planning material accordingly.
  • Continuously review updates on existing events.
  • Work with Marketing on event promotion and approve final design.
  • Delegate and maintain organization within every lane of the events team.
  • Inspire and motivate your team to be the best at creating and maintaining a fub culture.
  • Delegate event conceptualization, planning process, scope document creation, timelines, marketing material, and execution.
  • Delegate, document and review playbooks, budget reports, recaps, monthly calendars, and related event planning tasks.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge and experience in maintaining Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • 7 Years of Related Experience in events and leading a team of 10 or more
  • Critical Thinking/Project Management Skills.
  • Time management and organizational skillset.
  • Able to withstand high-pressure situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to any type of situation or event that may arise.
  • Ability to have a positive outlook and a friendly upbeat attitude!
