About the Role:


The Events Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Priority Commerce's growing portfolio of conferences, tradeshows, sponsorships, and company hosted events. With more than 50 events annually, this position serves as a critical operational partner to the Event Marketing team.

The Events Marketing Coordinator will primarily support Priority Commerce's portfolio of third-party conferences, tradeshows, sponsorships, and industry events, while also providing support for company-hosted programs as needed. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, logistics, execution, and reporting of Priority Commerce's event portfolio and works closely with Marketing, Sales, Communications, Legal, and Accounting teams to ensure events are executed professionally, efficiently, and in alignment with business goals.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in event marketing. Success in this role requires strong prioritization skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of the event lifecycle.


Responsibilities:


Event Planning & Execution:


โ— Manage the planning and execution of conferences, tradeshows, sponsorships, and company-hosted events.

โ— Coordinate third-party event sponsorship and booth logistics, including exhibitor services, shipments, onsite logistics, and post-event reporting.

โ— Coordinate speaking opportunity submissions and related materials with internal stakeholders.


Event Operations & Administration:


โ— Maintain event timelines, planning documents, project trackers, and event calendars.

โ— Assist with budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and ROI reporting.

โ— Maintain event inventory, storage areas, booth assets, promotional materials, and event technology.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


โ— Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, etc.) to support successful event participation.

โ— Coordinate with Accounting, Legal, vendors, and event partners to support contracts, invoicing, vendor onboarding, and other event-related documentation.

โ— Help ensure teams are informed, enabled, and aligned on event goals, logistics, and outcomes.


Lead Management, Reporting & Event Technology:


โ— Create and maintain Salesforce campaigns and support event lead management processes to include lead imports, campaign attribution, opportunity tracking, and event ROI reporting.

โ— Support event registration and management platforms.

โ— Assist with registration website development, speaker and session management, landing pages, and attendee communications for company-hosted events.

โ— Support continuous improvement of event processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.

โ— Internal stakeholders feel informed, supported, and confident in event execution.

โ— Event processes and documentation are continuously improved to support the growth and scalability of Priority Commerce's event portfolio.

โ— The Event Marketing team is empowered to focus on strategy, attendee experience, and business growth through strong operational support.



Candidate Requirements:


โ— 2+ years of experience in corporate event coordination, marketing events or tradeshows (Payments, Banking or FinTech experience is a plus).

โ— Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.

โ— Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.

โ— High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

โ— Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred.

โ— Additional bonus to have had experience with Salesforce and Swoogo event website building, registration management and content management.

โ— Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

โ— Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Travel Requirements:

โ— Ability to travel approximately 20โ€“30% annually.

โ— Flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend event activities as needed.
