Job Description
Low Country Quisine is an Award-Winning, full-service Catering Company specializing in Weddings, Corporate and Social Events. We are looking for an Event Manager to manage our off-premise catering events. This is an ideal position for an individual that has a proven track record of success in front of house banquet and event management. If you love the excitement of the event industry and managing teams to successfully execute our clients visions, we would like to speak with you.
As an Event Manager you will:

Attend production meetings virtually and/or in person.
Prepare signage for all events.
Coordinate event rentals.
Cross reference floor plans and timelines from planners
Communicate with planners and venues as needed.
Venue walkthroughs as needed.
Assist with event packing.
Mock displays for buffets, stations, and food presentations.
Train and manage event staff.
Schedule front of staff for events.
Manage off premise events.
Complete post event reports to include specific photos and videos.
Occasionally, may be required to transport equipment/food to events.
What Were Looking For:

Must have a minimum of 5 years of front of house banquet/event management experience.
Must have a minimum of 2 years culinary experience. Culinary management experience is a PLUS.
Must have clean driving record.
Bilingual highly preferred.
NO RELOCATION OFFERED
