The Warehouse Associate is an entry-level, hands-on role responsible for supporting both inbound and outbound warehouse activities. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn every aspect of warehouse operations. Associates will rotate between receiving, fulfillment, and general warehouse tasks, gaining exposure to the entire lifecycle of equipment and materials used in event operations.
You will receive structured training across multiple functions, including receiving goods, picking and packing outbound orders, inventory control, and operating dock equipment. This role builds foundational warehouse skills to support future specialization within inbound or outbound teams.
This is a fully in-person role requiring on-site presence five days a week. Flexibility is required for different shifts, overtime, and weekend work during peak periods. You must be able to reliably commute to the warehouse.
In This Role, You Will:
Inbound Receiving
  • Receive and verify shipments against packing lists and purchase orders
  • Log, label, and stage inbound materials into the warehouse system
  • Test and conduct basic equipment configurations for clean put away.
  • Maintain an organized inbound dock while following safety and quality standards

Outbound Fulfillment
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment
  • Scan and label equipment and consumables accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized outbound dock area

Cross-Functional Duties
  • Assist with inventory storage, bin maintenance, and cycle counts
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided)
  • Follow all safety, security, and quality procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training aimed at skill development across inbound and outbound operations
  • Support warehouse improvement initiatives and maintain a high standard of organization throughout the facility

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Fast-paced warehouse environment with frequent movement and equipment operation
  • Collaborative atmosphere requiring coordination with supervisors and team members
  • Adherence to workplace conduct, safety, and security standards
  • Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work based on event schedules

Here's What You Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn inventory systems
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and organization
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks preferred (training available)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
