Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our growing team. The HR specialist supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function at by assisting with onboarding, recruiting, employee engagement, and general HR initiatives at CCBank. This role is ideal for an HR individual with foundational experience who is looking to grow their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The HR Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and compliant new hire experience and supporting ongoing HR needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding/Offboarding and New Hire Experience
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new employees
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation and workflows are completed accurately and timely
  • Conduct regular audits of new hire onboarding files and processes to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Assist with new hire orientation and training sessions
  • Assist with offboarding employee tasks as needed

Recruiting and Talent Support
  • Post job openings and help manage requisitions within the company HRIS (Paycom)
  • Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a smooth recruitment process

Employee Engagement and Events
  • Assist in planning and executing employee events and engagement initiatives as needed
  • Occasionally support events outside of standard business hours

HR Operations and General Support
  • Provide administrative and operational HR support across various functional areas
  • Assist with employee inquiries and help direct concerns to appropriate HR team members
