  • Manage material planning - In collaboration with Logistics and Procurement, manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment planning along with sourcing for fabrication and/or rentals.ย
  • Drive venue planning - Manage the planning process for spectator activations at assigned venues and advocate for stakeholders' needs-ensuring they have the right space, services, and integration to the Daily Run Sheet
  • Connect external stakeholders and venues - Act as the main link between external partners and venue operations, making sure everyone is aligned on operational requirements to successfully deliver spectator activations
  • Coordinate across departments - Partner closely with groups like Games Delivery, Logistics, Marketing Partner Services, Accreditation, Fan Experience, Transportation, Brand, Digital, Legal, and Finance to keep everyone aligned on timelines and deliverablesย
