POSITION SPECIFICS
The Pullo Family Performing Arts Center is in search of friendly, dedicated and hard-working persons committed to providing excellent customer service in a fun and often fast-paced environment. We are looking for reliable Event Staff with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work as an individual or as part of a team.
Job Duties
Event staff play a key role in the operations of the Pullo Center and its events. Every event is different, with unique needs. Responsibilities may change based on needs for each event but will always include guest relations and facility operations.
Guest Relations
  • Assist volunteer ushers with addressing/answering patron questions and concerns, including ADA concerns.
  • Direct traffic/parking as guests arrive for events.
  • Scan tickets as patrons enter the venue.
  • Collect and store Lost and Found items.

Facility Operations
  • Assist with pre/post even cleaning and janitorial tasks including, but not limited to, sweeping/vacuuming, trash removal, spot cleaning, maintaining restrooms during events and doing post-event laundry.
  • Serve as Door Guard, directing patrons away from unauthorized areas, organizing orderly lines for guests entering the building/theater, and are responsible for knowing and enforcing building policies.

Interested persons should have the ability to follow direction accurately, work quickly and efficiently and follow policies/procedures, as well as possess exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to react to a multitude of situations.
Most roles provide a flexible schedule and may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Scheduling is event-driven, and no regularly scheduled hours or shifts are available.
