We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Event Setup/Breakdown Lead to join our team in San Antonio, TX. About the Role: As an Event Setup/Breakdown Lead, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering, setting up, and tearing down event rentals at San Antonio's premier hotels and venues. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. You'll lead a team, ensuring events are flawlessly executed, and represent our company with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities: Timely delivery and setup of rental items to event sites. Safe operation of 16' and 26' box trucks. Thorough understanding of all rental equipment and the ability to instruct clients on its use.

Precise setup of events according to provided floor plans or verbal instructions. Efficient event breakdown and removal of rental items. Proactive on-site client support, ensuring client satisfaction before departure.

Consistent communication with the manager regarding delays or issues. Leadership, direction, and motivation of assigned on-site team members. Requirements: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and double shifts.

Overnight trips to Austin may be required. Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English). Ability to follow and execute instructions effectively.

Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently. Punctuality and a positive attitude are essential. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience driving 16' and 26' box trucks. Reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
