Job Summary:
The Bachelor Gulch Club Concierge serves as a key ambassador of the Club, delivering exceptional service and personalized attention to Club members and their guests. This role is responsible for enhancing the overall member experience by anticipating needs, providing accurate and timely information, and coordinating a variety of Club services and amenities.Working closely with the Club team, the Concierge supports daily operations by assisting with event registration, dining and
activity reservations, transportation coordination, and general member inquiries.
The ideal candidate is professional, warm, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hospitality-driven, high-touch environment. As the first point of contact for many members, the Concierge plays a critical role in fostering member satisfaction, trust, and long-term loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Concierge Services: Provide exceptional, personalized assistance to Bachelor Gulch Club members and their guests by coordinating transportation, dining, spa services, on-mountain cabin dining, and local activities. Responsibilities also include issuing ski passes and member ID cards. Utilize systems such as ALICE, Outlook, TEAMS, POS, and Guest. Connect to support service delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area and community is preferred to enhance the member experience.
  • Member Experience: Serve as a key point of contact for member inquiries, activity reservations, event registration, and general Club support. Anticipate needs and provide timely, thoughtful service that exceeds expectations.
  • Daily Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day Club operations by maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Equipment Coordination: Assist members with ski-related services, including valetcoordination and scheduling ski tunes.
  • Member Relations: Foster strong relationships with members by addressing and resolving concerns promptly and professionally, reinforcing a culture of trust and high service standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Bachelor Gulch Club team and contribute to a collaborative, service-driven environment.
  • Food & Beverage Oversight: Oversee all complimentary snacks and beverages offered in the Club Lounge, ensuring items are attractively presented and consistently restocked. The Concierge will be TIPS certified to serve alcohol as part of the Club’s limited bar service.
  • Assist with lounge inventory management, ordering, and reporting as needed.
  • Retail Sales: Support the small Club logo wear retail program through light merchandising,inventory management, and sales.
Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent – required
  • Some college experience – preferred
  • Prior guest service experience – required
  • Guest Connect or other Point of Sale software - required
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) - required
  • English required. Can professionally communicate verbally and in writing - required
  • Valid, active driver's license -- can pass MRV check – required
  • Ability to lift and transport 30 pounds - required
  • Must be able to work the whole season, to include scheduled weekends and holidays - required
  • Adherence to Presentation Policy – required
  • Demonstrates attention to detail – require

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
