General Role Description

As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects from start to finish while supporting the growth of both your team and the firm. You'll oversee a variety of project types, coordinate schedules and resources, and collaborate closely with designers at all levels. This role blends project leadership with hands-on design support, mentorship, and problem-solving-requiring strong organization, teamwork, and a people-first mindset.

How You'll Spend Your Day

  • You will work as a lead of a project team to help imagine, conceptualize and design great lighting, technology and power design, taking the team and the project through to the final punch to see the end result.
  • Help your team present their concepts to clients and any additional stakeholders.
  • Peer-review design documents, schematics and specifications for approval.
  • Peer-review construction documents for signoff.
  • Review project reports from designers to ensure schedule and budget milestones are being hit.
  • Be the point of contact for clients, responding in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage in business development and marketing efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table

  • An undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in the AEC industry
  • Experience in drafting client-consultant agreements
  • Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT, and Bluebeam
  • PE Licensure appreciated
