Job description

Project Manager Remote Denver, Colorado, United States Description Oversee Actionstep’s involvement in Certified Consulting Partner (CCP)-led implementations, ensuring strong coordination between partners, customers, and internal teams. Manage internal implementations and professional services projects directly, delivering within agreed scope, budget, and timeline. This role focuses on partner governance, enablement, and delivery oversight, ensuring partners follow best practices and that all projects achieve the desired customer outcomes.

Acting as a bridge between internal teams, CCPs, and customers, the Project Manager balances delivery execution with partner development and continuous improvement. Responsibilities - Support and monitor Certified Consulting Partner (CCP)-led implementations to ensure alignment with Actionstep delivery frameworks, tools, and quality expectations. - Track overall delivery performance across the partner portfolio, identifying trends, risks, and systemic challenges.

- Act as the escalation and coordination point for delivery challenges raised by partners or internal teams, facilitating swift and effective resolution. - Participate in regular partner performance reviews, contributing insights and recommending improvements to governance and delivery quality. - Collaborate with the Lead PMO and Services leadership to refine partner governance models and ensure consistent application across regions.

- Facilitate onboarding and training for Certified Consulting Partners (CCPs) by coordinating resources, scheduling sessions, and ensuring materials are current and complete. - Manage select internal or strategic customer projects directly, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timeline. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and resource alignment for internal projects.

- Create and maintain project documentation, templates, and process guides to ensure consistency and scalability. - Partner with the PMO to maintain and improve delivery frameworks, documentation, and tools that support project and partner success. - Contribute to the definition and refinement of delivery metrics, project standards, and governance processes.

- Participate in post-project reviews, capturing and sharing lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all project phases. - Deliver consistent, transparent communication on project status, issues, and dependencies.

- Ensure escalations are resolved effectively, and that insights are captured to prevent recurrence and strengthen delivery maturity. - Undertake any other reasonable duties as required. Requirements - 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or delivery operations, with a track record of driving outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to translate between business and technical perspectives with clarity and confidence. - Proven ability to take ownership, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly when challenges arise. - Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum across parallel workstreams.

- Collaborative and resourceful — comfortable working independently but always ready to rally others to solve a problem or get a project unblocked. Desirable - Experience in legal technology, SaaS delivery, or professional services environments. - Exposure to partner governance, enablement, or channel delivery frameworks.

- Familiarity with project delivery tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar systems. - Formal training or certification in project management Benefits - Robust medical, dental, vision offerings - 401k with company match - Flexible working and PTO - Take your birthday off - Frequent team building events - Fantastic training and development opportunities Salary - $80,000 -$100,000 USD Apply for this job
