The Senior Brand Manager drives strategic growth and long-term equity for the Boost Mobile brand by translating deep consumer insights into high-performance, full-funnel marketing campaigns. This business owner solves critical growth challenges by navigating a highly competitive, rapidly shifting telecommunications market. By orchestrating seamless cross-functional alignment across multiple creative departments, sales channels, and financial operations, the role ensures sustained commercial health and clear brand differentiation.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of national, integrated brand campaigns from creative brief through launch to reinforce the core brand identity
  • Manage the brand P&L health, driving customer acquisition and lifetime value (LTV) through classic CPG-style budget discipline and ROI analysis
  • Synthesize complex consumer data and competitive intelligence to execute the "Where to Play / How to Win" strategic framework
  • Orchestrate seamless cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to streamline key annual initiatives
  • Deploy generative AI tools to accelerate market research, optimize campaign performance data, and scale creative brainstorming processes
  • Champion equity-driving initiatives that build long-term brand value and deep consumer relationships, separate from short-term promotions

    • Integrated, national campaign development and production lifecycle management
    • CPG-level financial management, P&L stewardship, and ROI forecasting
    • Proven capability to lead and mentor junior managers while influencing senior executives in a matrixed environment
    • Direct leadership of creative agencies and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
