Location: Redmond, WA

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in release management and program management.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

List of activities that the Program Mgr should handle:
Release Governance
Documentation
Roadmap publication
Third party subscription access management
Release gate tracking tooling enhancements and maintenance
Azure AI Insiders Support
Manage Insider Registration Support (includes creation and maintenance of power automate flows)
Weekly triage of Insiders subscription IDs to provide to feature owners for allowlisting
Manage compiling and distributing of bi-weekly Newsletter
Support feedback triage (e.g., email feedback aggregation, event note taking, summarization, etc.)
Azure AI CAB Support
Manage event scheduling (e.g. CAB meetings, Roundtables, dry runs, RSVPs).
Manage communications (e.g. Invitations, reminders).
Support event execution (e.g. Report outs, notes, summaries, key takeaways, Meeting recordings, Chat monitoring, meetings technical issues).
Manage CAB assets (e.g. documents, templates, reports, distribution lists, event presentations, playbooks).
Manage External CAB SharePoint site (load CAB pre and post event resources, keep information and resources up to date).
