About the role
Carahsoft's OpenAI team is seeking an experienced Webinar Program Manager to manage the end-to-end operations and technical production of a growing virtual-event program. This program serves government and public-sector audiences for 5+ webinars per week with large scale virtual audiences.
This person will own each webinar from intake through post-event reporting and actions. • Experience with Restream and Gradual, or substantial experience with comparable platforms and the ability to learn them quickly.
  • Strong program- and project-management skills, including intake, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Experience managing registration workflows, rehearsals, run-of-show documents, recordings, replays, and post-event reporting.
  • Ability to manage several events concurrently and support multiple live events per week.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent quality-assurance mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm, decisive, and professional during live-event disruptions.
  • Availability during Eastern Time business hours and scheduled live-event windows.
  • Sound judgment when handling sensitive information, credentials, recordings, and attendee data.
  • Proactive, strong user of ChatGPT, Codex and always looking for ways that OpenAI tools can be incorporated into creating amazing experiences for our customers.
