This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Job Description

The Program Manager (PM) provides full-spectrum oversight and administrative leadership for all personnel and activities under this contract. Serving as the senior liaison between the Contractor and Government, the PM collaborates directly with the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and TTMs to ensure all contractual requirements are met. The PM actively participates in required meetings, briefings, reviews, and mission-critical events, offering management, technical, cost, and schedule insights to Government leadership. This role is accountable for program planning, execution, reporting, staffing, risk management, and overall contract performance.

Essential Job Responsibilities

The Program Manager oversees all contract activities, ensuring successful planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of all tasks and projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing personnel, resources, budgets, schedules, risks, and quality across all subtask areas
  • Ensuring all tasks/projects align with Government-approved priorities, timelines, and budgets
  • Providing continuous status updates, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions
  • Maintaining complete and accessible project data and ensuring all deliverables and reports are submitted accurately and on time
  • Leading strategic planning, situation assessment, and providing recommendations to Government leadership
  • Overseeing contract security requirements and compliance
  • Preparing and submitting required CDRLs including Management Plans, labor-hour reports, staffing reports, utilization reports, daily PERSTAT, and Estimates at Completion
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex Government contracts or programs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage program resources
  • Strong understanding of program controls, risk management, scheduling, and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with cost reporting, budgeting, and performance metrics
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification
  • Clearance- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance 
Preferred Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience managing multi-site or geographically dispersed teams
  • Prior experience within DoD, IC, or similar Government environments
  • Experience managing CDRLs and complex reporting requirements
  • Experience working directly with Contracting Officers, COR/ACOR, and TTMs
