Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, and maintain relationships with teams, vendors, and clients
  • Oversee all stages of event production: pre-production, production, and post-production
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and clients for smooth event execution
  • Attend and represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows
  • Schedule AV technicians, freelancers, and vendors for events
  • Manage onboarding process for new employees
  • Source candidates from industry networks for available and potential opportunities
  • Approve projects and schedule personnel effectively
  • Lead setup, programming, and budgeting for events
  • Monitor profit margins to ensure profitability
  • Manage staffing needs for events
