Job description


  • Support planning and execution of tradeshows, sales meetings, training events, and internal meetings

  • Assist with event logistics, including load-in/load-out, setup/teardown, procuring materials, A/V coordination, and vendor support

  • Manage event inventory, assets, and warehousing organization

  • Prepare attendee materials such as badges, agendas, and welcome packets

  • Develop and maintain detailed, template-driven spreadsheets

  • Help document processes, workflows, and event planning best practices for ongoing team use

  • Assist with pre-event communications, including logistics emails and reminders

  • Create and support marketing content across digital platforms (email, web, social, etc.)

  • Collaborate with the design team and internal stakeholders to align messaging, visuals, and branding

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify the desired messaging to best influence the chosen target audiences

  • Support marketing team project management initiatives by executing various research, reporting, task and deadline tracking, and administrative assignments

  • Support digital event tools, including registration pages and mobile app content

  • Assist with AI-related initiatives

  • Compile email and survey data and communicate to the marketing team and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

  • Digitize archival materials and maintain accurate media lists.


Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, communications, public relations, event planning, or a related field

  • Availability to work 20+ hours per week highly preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
