We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Events Coordinator to help run birthday parties and group events on weekends. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, staying organized, and making sure events run smoothly.
You'll help coordinate party schedules, assist hosts, and ensure guests have a great experience. Base Pay of $15 per hour, plus gratuity.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome party hosts and confirm event details
  • Ensure party rooms are prepared and ready on time
  • Coordinate event timing (food, cake, activities)
  • Keep parties on schedule and organized
  • Check in with guests to ensure a great experience
  • Reset and prepare rooms for the next event
  • Communicate with the kitchen and operations team

Requirements
Education & Experience:

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adjust plans as needed.
  • Basic understanding of event setup and coordination (tables, chairs, decorations, activity areas).
  • Comfortable with walking, standing, and moving around for extended periods during events.
  • Familiarity with checklists, scheduling apps, or digital organization tools a plus.

Other Requirements:
  • Available weekends (mostly Saturdays and occasional Sundays) for scheduled events.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Ability to work with teams of Party Hosts, Floaters, and Kitchen staff effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to create a fun and memorable experience for guests.
