Job Summary:
Supports the planning and execution of events and programs that advance organizational goals and stakeholder engagement. Applies foundational event planning, coordination, and logistical skills to assist in delivering events efficiently and in alignment with company standards. Works closely with senior planners, internal partners, and external vendors to support event timelines, resources, and deliverables. Contributes to event documentation, evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assists in planning and coordinating logistics, schedules, and budgets for assigned events under guidance from senior planners.
Supports collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors to help ensure event requirements, deliverables, and expectations are clearly communicated.
Assists with on-site event execution, including logistics support, registration coordination, vendor communication, and issue escalation.
Prepares and maintains event materials, timelines, and documentation for tracking and post-event reporting.
Tracks event expenses and supports budget reconciliation in accordance with company guidelines.
Follows established event planning processes and contributes suggestions for process improvement, sustainability, and efficiency.
Provides coordination and administrative support to senior event planners and cross-functional teams as needed.
Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
2-4 years of experience in event planning, event coordination, hospitality, or a related field required.

Anticipated starting pay range:

$63,570.00- $101,920.00
