Primary Impact

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will:

Serve as a strategic partner to Sales by translating enterprise marketing strategies into localized programs that increase customer engagement, generate pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth.

Field Marketing Program Execution
  • Execute regional and segment-specific marketing programs aligned with Sales priorities, target accounts, and strategic GTM initiatives.
  • Activate integrated campaigns through tradeshows, conferences, executive events, roundtables, roadshows, and regional customer programs.
  • Ensure all programs align with target audiences, campaign objectives, solution messaging, and customer use cases.
  • Deliver high-quality experiences that reinforce Omnicell's brand and customer value proposition.
Sales Alignment & Account Engagement
  • Partner closely with Sales leaders and account teams to understand territory priorities, pipeline objectives, and strategic opportunities.
  • Align marketing programs to account-based engagement strategies and deal progression goals.
  • Support Sales with targeted activations, hosted events, executive engagement opportunities, and customer-focused experiences.
  • Coordinate post-event follow-up activities to maximize engagement and pipeline impact.
Campaign Activation & Go-to-Market Integration
  • Execute enterprise marketing campaigns at the field level while maintaining message consistency and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Content teams to bring integrated campaigns to market.
  • Incorporate digital, content, event, and experiential tactics to create seamless customer journeys.
  • Ensure field programs reinforce Omnicell's key value propositions and solution positioning.
Event & Experience Leadership
  • Lead the execution of executive briefings, customer events, hosted dinners, conferences, trade shows, and regional marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with Event Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer and prospect experiences.
  • Showcase Omnicell's commitment to improving clinical, operational, and business outcomes for healthcare organizations.
Pipeline Contribution & Performance Optimization
  • Drive event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline through effective planning and execution.
  • Track and analyze program performance, including attendance, engagement, sales participation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate lead capture, measurement, and reporting.
  • Leverage performance data and stakeholder feedback to continually improve future programs.
Customer Advocacy & Experience
  • Partner with Client Engagement teams to incorporate customer advocates, references, site visits, and success stories into field programs.
  • Create customer-centric experiences that build trust, strengthen relationships, and support long-term growth.
  • Capture customer insights and feedback to inform future marketing strategies and engagement approaches.
Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate event logistics including registration, attendee communications, agendas, speaker management, shipping, audiovisual requirements, and onsite execution.
  • Manage vendors, timelines, deliverables, and budget adherence to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Maintain operational rigor and execution excellence across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Event Operations, Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Act as a connector across functions to ensure strategic alignment, clear communication, and successful program execution.
Who You AreMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation
  • Proven experience executing marketing programs tied to pipeline and sales outcomes
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to partner effectively with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication and coordination skills in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, healthcare services, enterprise software, or other B2B environments.
  • Experience supporting tradeshows, executive events, customer programs, and account-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM), integrated campaign strategies, and modern go-to-market models.
  • Experience working within matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams.

Compensation Information

This position will offer a base salary of $85,000-98,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to:
