This contract typically details the scope of services, payment terms, timeline, cancellation policies, and other important responsibilities for both parties. Having a contract helps protect the interests of both the event manager and the client by clarifying expectations and minimizing misunderstandings. It is a crucial document for ensuring a smooth and professional working relationship throughout the event planning process.
