Biztek People is looking for a Event Marketing & Sponsorship Coordinator for our client in NYC!
Join a collaborative marketing team supporting the planning and execution of high-impact corporate events, sponsorships, and conferences across the Americas region. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging in-person and virtual experiences that drive business development, brand awareness, and client engagement.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute corporate events, conferences, sponsorships, and client engagement programs.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, contract negotiations, registration, agendas, speakers, promotional items, signage, and on-site support.
  • Support sponsorship activations, speaking opportunities, and conference participation aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist with ticket and hospitality management, attendee communications, inventory tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Maintain event calendars, intake processes, vendor relationships, and venue databases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including creative, IT, A/V, legal, communications, and finance to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop post-event surveys, reporting, and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning, sponsorships, marketing, or conference management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of venue sourcing, budgeting, speaker coordination, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management/registration tools.
  • Financial services industry experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site event support.
