In this role, you will contribute to the execution of high-visibility events that span regions, audiences, and channels—helping bring brand and solutions to life across some of the industry’s most important stages. This is an opportunity to work within a fast-moving, collaborative environment where scale, precision, and consistency matter.
We are seeking an experienced Global Events Specialist to support the execution of a worldwide events strategy within a leading, global technology organization. This role contributes to delivering high-impact event experiences that strengthen brand presence, support business growth, and connect with customers and partners across key markets.
Based in Morrisville, North Carolina, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners across regions to execute a portfolio of global events, including industry trade shows, conferences, and hybrid experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of global event programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of industry trade shows and conferences
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, regional teams, agencies, and external partners
  • Manage logistics for event assets, including organizing, shipping, tracking, and on-site readiness across multiple business units
  • Assist in vendor coordination, budget tracking, and resource planning
  • Support event reporting, performance measurement, and post-event analysis
  • Help enhance attendee engagement and brand visibility through thoughtful execution and continuous improvement

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting or managing large-scale events or trade shows (corporate or agency experience preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with event technology platforms (e.g., Captello or similar) preferred
  • Interest or experience in the technology sector is a plus
  • Comfortable working across global teams, cultures, and time zones
