Job description

Student worker position in the Event Management department to assist with the execution of on-campus events. Must be able to lift objects and stand on feet for multiple hours on event days. Must be able to work as a team as well as individually. Must be a current Lipscomb University student.

Responsibilities Include: 

-Ability to work well with full-time event staff and other student workers

-Communicate effectively with Event Managers and team members

-Positively interact with internal and external clients

-Assist event team with set-up and tear down of events

-Arrive promptly on time as scheduled

-Complete assigned tasks in-office

-Organize event materials and inventory 

-Maintain a professional manner, including attire, in and out of the office

-Availability to work nights and weekends

-Availability to time manage and work potential weekly hours in-office 

-Supports the Event Manager to perform duties on day of event in their absence

-Includes working ticketing services at non-athletic events 

May be Federal Work Study eligible.
