We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant to join our awesome team!
The ideal Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as/but not limited to supporting the Property Manager and New Development Director needs including routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative functions. Ability to pivot, roll up your sleeves and jump in when needed!

  • Promptly process telephone calls, voicemails and e-mails.
  • Investigate complaints, violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
  • Prepare, submit, and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all homeowner information
  • Provide information and coordination with other departments as needed.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of secretarial or office experience required.
  • Take and follow direction
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language.
  • High school diploma
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
  • Must be detail oriented and organized.
  • Must be willing to travel for meetings and property investigations (as needed)
  • Able to attend and assist with evening meetings as needed.
