This role supports a remote work setting, offering flexibility and the ability to connect with patients from the comfort of your home. Interactions with colleagues and medical providers will predominantly occur via telecommunication platforms, facilitating a collaborative workflow focused on delivering quality care. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although occasional evening shifts may be required based on patient needs.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ emotional, psychological, and social needs, integrating the impact of any medical conditions into your evaluations.
• Develop personalized and integrated treatment plans that address both the psychiatric and medical aspects of patients’ health, ensuring the inclusion of measurable goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques tailored to the specific circumstances and histories of patients.
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary medical teams to optimize treatment strategies and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and supportive counseling to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring they are safe and receiving timely attention.
• Educate patients about the interconnections between mental health and physical wellness, empowering them to take an active role in managing their overall health.
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary care planning sessions, contributing insights and strategies to improve collective patient care.
• Continuously update professional knowledge in the field of mental health and integrated care practices, incorporating new research findings into your work.

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population with complex mental health and medical co-occurring conditions. This includes individuals suffering from chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders, providing a rich and rewarding opportunity to enhance your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.
• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health challenges faced by individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Experience in collaborative, integrated care settings, with a strong understanding of multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
• Professional integrity with an emphasis on ethical conduct, patient confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications used in a clinical setting.
• Strong aptitude for working cohesively within an interdisciplinary team.

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment, demonstrating adaptability to virtual therapy practices.
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and therapeutic approaches.
• Participation in continued education efforts or professional affiliations relevant to integrated care or mental health.

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package is provided, which includes:
