This is a part-time position, with most shifts scheduled during the evening hours. In this role, you'll greet guests, clients, and team members, answer phone calls and emails, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and provide administrative support to ensure daily operations run smoothly.


The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor during evening shifts is essential.

Compensation:

$17.50 - $18 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
  • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
  • Follow the correct sign-in procedures for visitors to keep our building secure
  • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed

Qualifications:
  • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
  • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
  • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
