Receptionist (Part-Time)

We are hiring a receptionist (part-time) at our Coos Bay, OR operation. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, vendors and employees who call or visit our office. We are looking for an outgoing, positive individual who will fit well with our team.

Wage: $21.00 per hour

Benefits: OR Paid Sick Time

Hours: 11:00AM – 4:00PM Monday – Friday

Major Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Answer multi-line phone system.
  • Provide administrative support for professional staff.
  • Handle remote ticketing for aggregate sales.
  • Help plan and manage company events.
  • Track and order office supplies.
  • Ability to work extra hours (up to 40 hours) as needed to cover vacations for other team members.
  • Other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Prior experience working for an aggregate materials construction company is preferred.
  • Proficient operating a personal computer with various Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be a reliable, positive, outgoing, organized individual who can get along with co-workers.
  • Must be 18 years old.
