Status: Full-Time Evening Shift
Hours:   3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus available for eligible full-time evening shift nurses (limited-time offer).

Allisonville Meadows is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for our full-time evening shift. This opportunity is ideal for nurses seeking a predictable schedule and a collaborative environment where you can focus on patient care without the constant pace and turnover often experienced in acute care settings.

Our evening shift offers a consistent workflow, strong team collaboration, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while practicing skilled nursing at the top of your license.

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Skills Needed:

· Supportive Presence: Creating a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents. · Leadership: Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents. · Collaboration: The ability to work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care. · Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents. · Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment.

Requirements:

· Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana. · Proficient medication management skills. · Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions. · Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence. · Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
