The Senior Manager, Business Development, will be responsible for creating incremental value for customers of Walmart's growing retail electric vehicle (EV) charging network. As Walmart builds a convenient, reliable, and affordable fast-charging network, this position will focus on value creation through partnership and innovative new programs.

  • Refine and execute partnership strategy to boost revenue for Walmart’s retail charging network 
  • Create and manage innovative partnerships to enhance EV customer value and network performance

What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years in business development, program design, launch, and monitoring, preferably in energy/EV charging 
  • Strong strategy, finance, and business development experience 
  • Experience in commercial negotiations and developing innovative offerings through partnership 
  • Highly effective communicator with strong presentation skills; proficient in Power Point
  • Data-driven, skilled in analytics (Excel, Tableau) 
  • Proficient in EV charging/energy domain, customer-centric, and solutions-oriented

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
