Recharged is on a mission to accelerate electric vehicle (EV) adoption with the first end-to-end e-commerce marketplace designed specifically for used EV buyers and sellers. Recharged is committed to making electric vehicles more accessible and affordable to consumers, while also serving dealers, fleets, and other companies navigating the transition to electric vehicles.

About the Role-

We're looking for an energetic and passionate EV Sales Consultant to join the team in our new Fairfax Experience Center. In this role, you'll guide our customers through the Recharged EV buying experience, ensuring they select the right EV that meets their needs, navigate the finance process, and accurately complete the necessary documents for a seamless transaction. *This is a full time, in person position.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Guide buyers and sellers through the complete process, from selection to transaction completion.
  • Communicate with buyers and sellers through email, chat, text, and phone/video calls.

Skills and Qualifications-

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Knowledge and/or passion for electric vehicles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
  • Obtain a salesperson license by passing the qualification exam and background check (this is obtained after the hiring process)
  • Must be able to work Saturdays

Requirements-
License/Certification:

  • NC driver's license (Required)
  • Clean driving record (Required)
