Job description

TEKsystems is currently hiring Loan Officer Assistants in the Atlanta area to support a high-volume mortgage team. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to break into the financial services or mortgage industry with hands-on training and long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do:

- Support Loan Officers and members throughout the loan application process 

- Collect and review required documents (income, assets, etc.) 

- Assist with loan applications from start to finish 

- Communicate with members via phone and email to gather information 

- Update internal systems and track loan progress 

- Manage a pipeline of loan applications and stay organized 

What to Expect:

- Structured, paid training (details provided during interview process) 

- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities 

- Consistent weekday schedule (specific hours to be discussed) 

Qualifications:

- 2–3+ years of administrative, customer service, or office experience 

- Strong communication and attention to detail 

- Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced setting 

- Experience in banking, mortgage, or financial services is a plus (not required)
