• Executive reporting, service reviews, and data driven governance
Roles & Responsibilities
• Own end to end service delivery for the assigned client delivery point/region
• Act as the single point of accountability for client satisfaction, delivery quality, and outcomes
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and contractual compliance across all in scope services
• Lead and manage onshore/offshore delivery teams to meet operational and project commitments
• Drive incident, escalation, and major issue management, including client communication and resolution tracking
• Govern service operations through regular reviews, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Maintain strong client stakeholder relationships and manage expectations proactively
• Coordinate with internal towers (Service Desk, EUC, Network, PMO, etc.) for integrated delivery
• Manage transition and transformation activities, including scope onboarding/offboarding
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, maintaining a clear risk and escalation framework
• Drive continuous service improvement, productivity gains, and cost optimization initiatives
• Ensure adherence to processes, governance standards, and compliance requirements
• Oversee resource planning, utilization, and capacity management
• Support commercial governance, including effort tracking, consumption reporting, and variance management
• Prepare and present executive level reports, service reviews, and steering committee updates
