The Technical Operations Team provides Etix clients with the equipment, tools, and technology they need to operate successfully. The Technical Operations Warehouse Specialist is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for preparing equipment orders, managing inventory, testing hardware, and completing shipping and receiving tasks.
This role works closely with the Manager of Technical Operations to support the daily movement, organization, preparation, and maintenance of box office hardware and rental equipment.
This position is located in Henderson, NC and requires working on-site every day. This is a physical warehouse role that requires regularly standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Job Duties

  • Pick, pack, prepare, and ship equipment orders accurately and according to established shipping deadlines
  • Receive incoming shipments, unload packages, verify contents, and organize equipment in the warehouse
  • Set up and test box office equipment, including point-of-sale terminals, ticket printers, computers, and ticket scanners
  • Inspect returned equipment and complete equipment check-in and check-out procedures
  • Organize, label, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for more than 5,500 pieces of rental equipment
  • Complete basic cleaning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of equipment
  • Install approved software and equipment updates on client computers as needed
  • Assist with fulfilling equipment invoices and internal equipment requests
  • Help ensure that equipment arrives to clients accurately, on time, and within shipping budgets
  • Work independently and with other team members to complete daily warehouse and fulfillment priorities

Job Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and move boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during the workday
  • Ability to regularly bend, reach, squat, and move throughout a warehouse environment
  • Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, stocking, or inventory experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow packing and shipping instructions
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work on-site daily in Henderson, NC
  • Basic comfort using computers and inventory tracking systems
  • Experience working with computer hardware or electronic equipment is helpful, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
