Summary/Objective

Corporate Account Executives will focus mainly on generating revenue for the organization through hospitality group outings, luxury seating, suites and premium memberships. This role focuses on building relationships with corporate decision makers and delivering customized entertainment, client engagement, and employee appreciation solutions for business partners. Working directly with the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service, the Corporate Account Executive will develop and execute a strategic business plan centered on identifying, prospecting, closing, and retaining corporate accounts. Success in this position requires a consultative sales approach, strong business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to uncover client objectives and align them with premium ballpark experiences. Cold calling, networking, in-person meetings, referrals, and proactive account development will be critical to driving premium revenue growth and long‑term client retention.

Essential Functions
  • Generate premium ticket revenue through the sale of suites, hospitality spaces, luxury seating, premium memberships.
  • Develop strategic relationships with corporate decision makers, business owners, and executive‑level clients.
  • Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, community involvement, and in‑person meetings.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations that identify client objectives related to employee engagement, customer entertainment, business development, and corporate recognition.
  • Design customized hospitality and premium ticket solutions that align with the specific goals and budget of each client.
  • Set appointments with qualified decision makers and maintain a consistent pipeline of premium sales opportunities to achieve and exceed individual revenue goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of premium accounts with a focus on retention, upgrades, renewals, and long‑term relationship development.
  • Negotiate and close high‑value sales agreements while maximizing revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, and premium inventory optimization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing accounts through regular communication, in‑person visits, and proactive account management year‑round.
  • Identify opportunities to transition group buyers and other existing customers into premium seating and hospitality products.
  • Represent the organization at games, ballpark events, networking functions, and community events while promoting premium ticket products and the Sugar Land Space Cowboys brand.
  • Work with the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service to identify new premium sales initiatives, hospitality opportunities, and revenue‑generating strategies for the organization.
  • Develop and execute an annual personal business plan focused on prospecting, revenue generation, account retention, and premium inventory growth.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all prospecting activity, sales opportunities, client interactions, and account information within the CRM system.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all ticket products, hospitality offerings, sponsorship assets, and organizational marketing capabilities to effectively position solutions for prospective clients.
QualificationsRequired Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or previous experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably with experience in selling premium seating, hospitality or corporate partnerships for a professional sports organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual revenue goals and sales performance expectations.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting multiple in‑person sales meetings per week.
  • Experience prospecting, presenting to, and closing business with executive‑level decision makers.
  • Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to identify client objectives and develop customized solutions that maximize value for both the client and the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and achieving revenue objectives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also operating independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales prospecting tools preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment

This job operates both in an office setting and stadium environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.

This is a largely sedentary role.
