Territory: Oversight of 3–4 clinic locations within an assigned region

Ethos Health Group is a fast-growing neurology practice specializing in the evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of individuals affected by Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). We are dedicated to restoring hope and improving lives through exceptional patient care while fostering a culture of service, collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated District Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple clinics. The ideal candidate is an accomplished healthcare leader with previous Practice Manager experience who thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces change, follows through on commitments, and enjoys developing high-performing teams.

Essential ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development
  • Provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and support to 3–4 outpatient neurology clinics.
  • Recruit, mentor, train, and develop Office Managers and clinic staff to achieve and maintain high performance.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with Ethos Health Group's mission, values, and commitment to servant leadership.
  • Partner with Office Managers to coordinate staffing, paid time off, and office coverage needs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics, address challenges, share best practices, and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a coach and resource to managers, helping them navigate change while promoting accountability and engagement.
Operations & Performance Management
  • Monitor clinic operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional patient experiences.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve operational effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain effective communication with providers, managers, and executive leadership regarding office performance and opportunities for growth.
  • Travel regularly between assigned clinic locations to provide hands-on leadership and support.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct routine office visits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote and uphold Ethos Health Group's commitment to quality patient care and operational excellence.
  • Perform periodic audits of operational systems, including TrackStat, Trello, patient charts, email communications, Cash Practice, CareCredit, end-of-day reconciliations, and bank deposits.
  • Ensure clinics maintain compliance with applicable accreditation, payer, and healthcare standards.
QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent healthcare leadership experience will be considered.
  • An advanced degree is a plus.
Experience
  • Previous Practice Manager experience is required.
  • Minimum of five years of healthcare leadership experience with demonstrated success managing multi-site operations preferred.
  • Experience in neurology, rehabilitation, or traumatic brain injury services is highly desirable.
