Description
Oneida Technology Services (OTS) is seeking a highly motivated full-time Warehouse Specialist to support on-site deployment services and technology refresh activities. This is a fully on-site, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in executing deployment plans under supervision, including coordinating travel for office moves and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Ensure IT equipment-including workstations, peripherals, and related hardware-is configured, installed, tested, and fully operational.
  • Participate in and support staff during deployment-related calls and meetings.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and conducting site surveys.
  • Assist with inventory management and asset tracking to ensure accurate pre-deployment preparation.
  • Participate in on-site refresh activities, including asset tagging, device imaging, user data migration, and software installation.
  • Support wired and wireless network testing, peripheral configuration, and workstation setup.
  • Provide user assistance and basic training following deployment activities.
  • Conduct exit briefs and ensure proper documentation is completed.
  • Assist with secure equipment disposal, following all required protocols.
  • Demonstrate strong foundational problem-solving abilities and effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
  • HDI or SDI certification
  • CompTIA A+
  • ITIL v3 Foundation or ITIL v4 Foundation
  • Strong foundational technical skills and the ability to apply standard concepts in a structured environment
  • Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Candidate must hold one or more of the following certifications:
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CompTIA Network+
  • CompTIA Server+
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (or equivalent)
  • AppleCare Mac Technician
  • Apple Certified Support Professional
  • Apple Certified IT Professional

Compensation: $18/ Hour + Benefits
