Seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst with a strong background in Epic tools, population health, and healthcare IT systems. The ideal candidate will support implementation, operations, and optimization of Epic modules within a large health system.
Required Skills:

  • Epic Certification in Healthy Planet with 5+ years’ experience in population health solutions
  • 8+ years in Epic implementation, Health IT, and enterprise system integration

  • Expertise in Epic tools: Registries, Reporting Workbench, Health Maintenance, BPAs, Decision Support
  • Knowledge of Epic Care Everywhere, SmartForms, Meaningful Use, MyChart, and Specialty Modules
  • Experience with case/care management workflows, quality reporting (PQRS, ACO/MSSP), and wellness programs
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, data workflows, security protocols, and privacy regulations
  • Proven ability in project management, user needs assessment, technical documentation, and testing
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and clinical teams
