We are seeking a skilled Epic Reporting Analyst, Work Bench & SlicerDicer Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and decision support functions. This individual will work with clinical, operational and IS leaders to design and build high-value reporting content in Epic. and provide actionable insights.

 Qualifications and Required Skills

  •  5+ years of experience with Epic's analytics tools (Workbench, SlicerDicer)
  •  Proven ability to deliver impactful reports and dashboards for hospital operations, i.e. Clinical, Revenue Operations, etc.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding data structures and reporting hierarchies
  • Four Year College Degree from an accredited university
  • EPIC related certifications and work experience
  •  

Responsibilities:

  •   Design and build custom reports in Epic's Reporting Workbench (RWB) and SlicerDicer tools
  •   Educate users on self-service analytics using SlicerDicer and Workbench
  •   Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and key metrics
  •  Translate operational needs into technical report specifications
  •  Validate data outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability
  •
