JOB SUMMARY

Assists the Director and supervisor with leading the organization’s quality improvement programs and processes. Also assists with aggregation and analysis of data from various databases, to facilitate development and support of best practices and evidence-based medicine. Participates in all aspects of committees and teams development to address Performance Improvement initiatives for the organization including the Medical Staff. Executes project tasks related to Performance Improvement in Cath Lab and across other departments. Assists Director and supervisor with medical staff monitoring functions and hospital wide quality improvement programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ADN, BSN)

Minimum Work Experience

3 years in hospital clinical nursing and 1 year in data analysis.

Required Licenses/Certifications

Registered Nurse Licensed in the State of Texas.
