Job Description:
Baptist Health is looking for a Beaker - Application Analyst - Intermediate to join our team in Louisville, KY!
Maintains and implements EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance of automated systems. Manages Information System projects/products in order to provide automated solutions that meet Baptist Health System's business needs using the EpicCare system. Maintains Epic applications and facilitate updates, new releases and system enhancements. Communicates project and team status to internal and external audiences to keep project team informed. Participates in system technical and application reviews to determine feasibility, cost and evaluate usefulness for Baptist Health System. Serves as primary contact for assigned Epic application(s). Assists in recruitment, development and training of existing and new employees.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Appropriate certification or licensure (if applicable) required
  • 2 years related experience or 1-year direct experience in lieu of degree
