Epic Healthy Planet Analyst

Position Summary CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to support population health initiatives and community-based care programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong Epic Healthy Planet expertise, experience supporting implementation and optimization efforts, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. Experience with international or overseas Epic implementations is highly preferred due to the nature of this work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, build, test, and support Epic Healthy Planet solutions.
  • Configure and optimize Healthy Planet workflows, registries, care management tools, quality measures, and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support population health and community-based care initiatives.
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Participate in system testing, go-live support, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization activities.
  • Support data-driven decision making through Healthy Planet and related reporting tools.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams across diverse geographic locations and time zones.
Required Qualifications
  • Epic Healthy Planet implementation, support, or optimization experience.
  • Epic Healthy Planet certification and/or Compass Rose certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of population health management, value-based care, and community-based programs.
  • Experience participating in Epic implementation projects; overseas or international implementation experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clinicians, business users, leadership, and technical teams.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $72/hr to $82/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
