Implements, maintains, and supports Epic EHR applications, focusing on specific modules. Independently analyzes and resolves moderately complex issues, leveraging established guidelines and experience to configure and optimize the Epic system. Actively contributes to process design and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Job Responsibility
1.Implements and provides ongoing support for specific Epic IT solutions, ensuring seamless operation and optimal functionality.
2.Analyzes and documents complex use cases and workflows, making independent decisions on optimal technical approaches and system configuration.
3.Configures, tests, installs, and maintains Epic applications, translating functional requirements into system build.
4.Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex application-related issues, applying established guidelines and prior experience.
5.Collaborates with various internal stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and IT teams, to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design solutions, ensuring Epic application specifications meet business needs, support process design initiatives , and promote effective system utilization.
6.Participates in the testing and validation of system upgrades and supports ongoing system optimization efforts.
7.Conducts thorough testing of system changes to guarantee seamless integration and minimal disruption to daily operations.
Job Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
• Epic certification, required.
  • Epic Hospital Billing certification highly preferred
