Performs Instructional Design duties by evaluating, adapting, and developing instruction based on learner needs. Instrumental in growing team knowledge by engaging in critical thinking and analysis to seek and solve problems. Serves as a mentor to new EHR Educators both from a department and EHRknowledge perspective. Proposes solutions to senior specialists and manager surrounding curriculum standards, efficiency, quality, and project education. Serves as a subject matter expert in Epic functionality across multiple applications. Consistently utilizes critical thinking and analytical abilities in seeking and resolving issues. Understands standard EHR workflows impacting end users in Epic and related programs. Serves as a resource for other team members. Leads Discovery/Site visits or leads small on-site go-live support resources. Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in application functionality and documentation processes related to electronic health records. Proposes solutions to manager surrounding documentation/education standards, efficiency, quality, and EHR system updates. Performs all key functions of the EHR Education Analyst Role.

Licensure/Certification
