Job Title: Epic HIM Analyst (Community Connect)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic HIM Analyst with Community Connect expertise to support and optimize health information management workflows. This role involves configuring Epic HIM, assisting with Community Connect implementations, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to improve medical records management, release of information, and chart completion processes while providing training and support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize Epic HIM for efficient health information management.
  • Support Community Connect implementations and integrations.
  • Analyze workflows, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system enhancements.
  • Conduct system testing, upgrades, and validation processes.
